U.S. Auto Parts Network, challenging CBP's enhanced bonding requirements for a single transaction bond of three times entered value on all of its entries (see 1804050022 and 1804090031). #18-00068. Filed April 2.
Vinh Quang Fisheries Corporation, NTSF Seafoods Joint Stock Company, Green Farms Seafood Joint Stock Company, and Hung Vuong Corporation, challenging Commerce's final results of its antidumping duty administrative review on frozen fish fillets from Vietnam covering entries in 2015-16. #18-00069. Filed April 4.
DSM Nutritional Products, on the classification of carotenoids. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 2106.90.97 (8.5% + 0.288¢/kg) or 2106.90.99 (6.4%). DSM says it should instead have been classified under subheadings 3204.19.35 (3.1%), K3204.19.35 (free) and 2936.10.00 (free). #18-00070. Filed April 5.
Southern Fishery Industries Company, Ltd., challenging Commerce's final results of its antidumping duty administrative review on frozen fish fillets from Vietnam covering entries in 2015-16. #18-00071. Filed April 5.
StarKist Co., on the classification of prepared tuna products. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 1604.14.10 (35%). StarKist says it should have instead been classified under subheading 1604.14.22 when in quota (6%) and 1604.14.30 ex quota (12.5%), or 1604.20.05 (10%). #18-00072. Filed April 6.
