- Seafood trade for 2017. Fisheries and Oceans Canada released its 2017 trade figures for seafood products, showing an overall increase of $312 million (5 percent) over the previous year, and total sales reaching $6.9 billion (Canadian).
- Product Recalls: Auto-Chem Inc. recalls FREE-SHINE product manufactured in Canada, for not meeting chemical product labeling requirements.
