Versace USA, on the valuation of its merchandise under what it alleges was the wrong transaction value. Versace says its merchandise should have been appraised using the transaction value of identical or similar merchandise or an alternative basis of appraisement. #18-00034. Filed Feb. 26.

AIDA-America, on the appraisement of its merchandise using the value of a milestone payment from the project agreement. AIDA says the appraisement should have been based on the value of identical merchandise, not the project milestone. #18-00035, -00036. Filed Feb. 26.

Autoliv ASP, Inc., challenging the International Trade Commission's final injury determinations in the countervailing duty investigations on cold-drawn mechanical tubing from China and India. #18-00037. Filed Feb. 27.

Jindal Poly Films Limited, challenging the Commerce Department's final results of its antidumping duty administrative review on steel nails from India covering entries in 2015-16. #18-00038. Filed March 1.

Bintelli, on the classification of motor vehicles principally designed for the transport of persons. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 8704.90.00 (25%). Bintelli says it should have instead been classified under subheading 8703.80.00 (2.5%). #18-00039. Filed March 2.

No appeals of Court of International Trade decisions were filed at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit during the week of Feb. 26 - March 4.
