  • China certain seamless casing. The Canada Border Services Agency initiated an expiry review investigation on Jan. 22 concerning the dumping and subsidizing of certain seamless casing originating in or exported from China. Responses to questionnaires about the investigation sent to Canadian producers, importers, exporters and to the Government of China are due at the CBSA office in Ottawa Feb. 28. CBSA is scheduled to make its determination by June 21.
  • NAFTA textile/apparel TPL utilization. The Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade updated the 2018 NAFTA textile and apparel tariff preference level utilization rate for imports and exports.
