​Appeals of CIT Decisions

The following appeals of Court of International Trade decisions were filed at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit during the week of Feb. 12-18:

Jangho Curtain Wall Americas Co. Ltd., Permasteelisa North America Corp., Permasteelisa South China Factory and Permasteelisa Hong Kong Limited, appealing a Dec. 11 CIT decision that found Yuanda curtain wall units imported separately for the same construction project are covered by antidumping duties and countervailing duties on aluminum extrusions from China because they require further fabrication before assembly, and do not qualify for the finished merchandise exemption from the AD/CVD orders (see 1712210051). #18-1553, -1554.
