  • CFIA suspends operating license of Charcuterie Parisienne Inc. The Canadian Food Inspection Agency suspended the operating license of Montreal-based meat processor Charcuterie Parisienne Inc., effective Dec. 22, due to non-compliance related to the design and maintenance of a hazard analysis and critical control points (HACCP) system and to the application of a foreign material control program, as required by the Meat Inspection Act and Regulations, 1990. There are no related product recalls.
