  • Trade mission to India creates new business partnerships. The Government of Canada reports a successful trade mission to India aimed at promoting Canadian businesses. During the mission that wrapped up Nov. 17, the government opened doors for Canadian businesses of all sizes seeking to partner with Indian companies and helped to support growth opportunities in a variety of fields, including advanced manufacturing, transportation, health, technology and the digital economy, it said.
  • Product Recalls: VTech Technologies Canada Ltd. recalls the VTech Shake & Sing Elephant Rattle manufactured in China, for choking hazard; K&N Engineering, Inc. recalls K&N KN-204 Oil Filters manufactured in Thailand, for leaking that can lead to crash hazard; Husqvarna recalls certain Husqvarna and Poulan Pro brand lawn tractors manufactured in the United States, for potential leaking that can pose fire hazard.
