Plaintiffs Valeo North America, Inc., Mahle Behr Dayton, L.L.C., Mahle Behr Charlson, Inc., Mahle Behr Troy Inc. and Mahle Industries, Inc., challenging the Commerce Department's preliminary antidumping duty determination on aluminum foil from China. #17-00264. Filed Nov. 6.

MacLean Power, challenging a recent Commerce scope ruling that found its helical spring lock washers imported as parts of larger pieces of hardware are subject to antidumping duties on helical spring lock washers from China (see 1710260055). #17-00265. Filed Nov. 7.

Erbosan Erciyas Boru Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S., challenging the final results of the Commerce Department's countervailing duty administrative review on circular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Turkey covering entries in 2015. #17-00266. Filed Nov. 9.

Euclid Garment Mfg., on the classification of modesty shirts and pants. CBP classified the modesty garment shirts under subheading 6205.30.20 (25.9%), and the modesty garment pants under subheading 6203.43.41 (27.9%). Euclid says both the shirts and pants should have instead been classified under subheading 6211.43.0091 (16%). #17-00267. Filed Nov. 10.
