Xiping Opeck Food Co., Ltd., challenging the final results of the Commerce Department's antidumping duty administrative review on freshwater crawfish tail meat from China covering entries in 2015-16. #17-00260. Filed Oct. 31.
Wermex Corporation, on the reliquidation of its entries of radial ball bearings from Japan, France and Italy at antidumping duty rates ranging from 91.66% to 139.96%. Wermex said the entries should have been deemed liquidated years earlier at rates ranging from 3.66% to 15.1%. #17-00261. Filed Oct. 30.
Maersk Line, challenging the dutiability of its vessel repairs. Maersk says CBP improperly assessed duties on work done to vessels before ownership by Maersk Line and prior to the vessels being U.S.-flagged. #17-00262. Filed Oct. 31.
Continental Automotive Systems, on the classification of nitrous oxide sensors. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 9027.10.20 (1.7%). Continental says it should have instead been classified under subheading 9026.80.20 (free). #17-00263. Filed Oct. 31.

The following appeals of Court of International Trade decisions were filed at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit during the week of Oct. 30-Nov. 5:
Sunpreme, SolarWorld and the U.S. government, appealing an Aug. 29 CIT decision that upheld a Commerce Department scope ruling finding Sunpreme's “hybrid” solar panels are subject to antidumping and countervailing duties on solar cells from China (see 1708300023). #18-1116, -1117 and -1118.
