House said Devaney is currently an attorney with the Varnum law firm, and Barnes & Thornburg’s website says Stayin is "of counsel (retired)" at the firm. Additionally, the White House said Trump intends to nominate Nazakhtar Nikakhtar to be an assistant secretary of commerce for industry and analysis for the International Trade Administration. Nikakhtar is an international trade lawyer at Cassidy Levy.
