Composite Technology International, on the classification of painted LVL wood stiles, rails and blocks. CBP classified the merchandise in subheading 4421.90.9780 (3.3%) and 4418.90.4695 (3.2%). Composite says they should be classified in subheading 4412.99.5100 (free) or 4412.99.9500 (free). #17-00211. Filed Aug. 7.

Certus Automotive, on the classification of chrome-plated plastic automotive parts. CBP classified the merchandise in subheadings 3926.30.5000 (5.3%) and 3926.90.9995 5.3%). Composite says they should be classified in subheading 8708.94.75 (2.5%) or 8708.29.5060 (2.5%). #17-00212. Filed Aug. 8.

SolarWorld Americas, challenging the final results of the Commerce Department's antidumping duty administrative review on crystalline silicon photovoltaic products from China covering entries in 2014-16. #17-00217. Filed Aug. 11.

Icdas Celik Enerji Tersane ve Ulasim Sanayi A.S., challenging the final determination in Commerce's antidumping duty investigation on steel concrete reinforcing bar from Turkey. #17-00218. Filed Aug. 11.
