  • Canadian international merchandise trade for June 2017. Statistics Canada reports that Canada's merchandise trade balance with the world posted a $3.6 billion deficit in June, widening from a $1.4 billion deficit in May. Exports fell 4.3% to $46.5 billion in June.
  • NAFTA appeal of Canadian antidumping duties on gypsum board withdrawn. The U.S. corporations that initially filed a request for a NAFTA review of regulations that would have imposed antidumping duties on gypsum from the United States have withdrawn those complaints.
