Incipio Technologies, on the classification of wristlets and media player covers. CBP classified the merchandise under subheadings 4202.22.1500 (16%) and 3926.10.0000 (5.3%). Incipio says it should have instead been classified under subheadings 4202.32.1000 (4.6% + 12.1¢/kg) and 8473.30.5100 (free) or 8522.90.7580 (2%). #17-00188. Filed July 19.
United States, seeking $100,000 in liquidated damages from David Trucking for shortages and broken seals on containers entered for transportation and exportation. #17-00189. Filed July 20.
United States Steel Corporation, challenging the antidumping duty order on oil country tubular goods from India. #17-00190. Filed July 20.
In Zone Brands, challenging the classification of its toy character toppers. CBP classified the merchandise in HTS subheading 3923.50.0000 (5.3%). In Zone said it should be classified in subheading 9503.00.0090 (free). #17-00191. Filed July 21.
Composite Technology International, on the classification of painted LVL wood stiles, rails and blocks. CBP classified the merchandise in subheading 4421.90.9780 (3.3%) and 4418.90.4695 (3.2%). Composite says they should be classified in subheading 4412.99.5100 (free) or 4412.99.9500 (free). #17-00192. Filed July 21.
