  • Minister of agriculture travels to U.S. to promote bilateral trade. Minister of Agriculture Lawrence MacAulay is scheduled to travel July 28 to Portland, Oregon, and Sun Valley and Boise, Idaho, to promote the importance of the Canada-U.S. bilateral trade relationship for the agriculture and agri-food sectors (here).
  • Tariff rate quota for wheat, barley, wheat products and barley products. Global Affairs Canada has announced that the 2017-2018 tariff rate quotas (TRQs) for wheat, barley and their products will become accessible Aug. 1 (here).
