Hatch, R-Utah, and ranking member Ron Wyden, D-Ore. “CBP must continue to move forward to not only lead the way on facilitation for our trading partners, but continue to lead on enforcement and security initiatives,” French wrote in the letter, which was copied to all committee members. “Acting Commissioner McAleenan has the history and experience to lead such an effort.” McAleenan will testify before the committee on July 13 (see 1707070015).
