The New Mexico Garlic Growers Coalition and El Bosque Farm, challenging the final results of Commerce's antidumping duty administrative review on cased pencils from China covering entries in 2014 and 2015. #17-00146. Filed June 13.

United Steel and Fasteners, Inc., the U.S. government and Shakeproof Assembly Components Division of Illinois Tool Works, Inc., challenging a CIT decision issued in April that upheld liquidation instructions issued in connection with a Commerce scope ruling that found American Railway Engineering and Maintenance-of-Way Association (AREMA) washers are covered by antidumping duties on helical spring lock washers from China. 17-2162, -2168, -2188.
