Continental Automotive Systems, on the classification of nitrous oxide sensors. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 9027.10.20 (1.7%). Continental says it should have instead been classified under subheading 9026.80.20 (free). #17-106. Filed May 10.
Batavia Shoes, on the classification of diabetic shoes. CBP classified the merchandise under subheadings 6403.99.9065 (10%) and 6403.99.9079 (8%). Batavia says it should have instead been classified under subheading 9817.00.96 (free). #17-107. Filed May 11.
ICCS USA Corporation, challenging CBP's decision to issue notices to redeliver for its entry of butane gas canisters. ICCS says it was authorized to display the UL trademark. #17-108. Filed May 11.
Husteel Co., Ltd., challenging the final results of Commerce's antidumping duty administrative review on oil country tubular goods from South Korea covering entries in 2014 and 2015. #17-109. Filed May 12.
