Groupe Bugatti Group, challenging a Commerce Department scope ruling that found its luggage carts subject to antidumping duties on hand trucks from China (see 1703200033). #17-073. Filed April 10.
DSM Nutritional Products, on the classification of stabilized vitamin B derivative. CBP classified the merchandise under subheadings 3824.90.28 (6.5%) or 3824.90.92 (5%). DSM says it should have instead been classified under subheading 2936.23.00 (free). #17-074, -075. Filed April 12.
Hyosung Corporation, challenging the final results of Commerce's antidumping duty administrative review on large power transformers from South Korea covering entries in 2014 and 2015. #17-076. Filed April 12.
Atkore Steel Components, challenging a Commerce scope ruling that its ASCI electrical conduit is subject to antidumping duties on cast iron malleable pipe fittings from China. #17-077. Filed April 13.
United Steelworkers Union, challenging the International Trade Commission's final negative injury determination in the antidumping and countervailing duty investigations on truck and bus tires from China. #17-078. Filed April 14.
Union Way Corp., challenging CBP's appraisal of its imported footwear. CBP valued the footwear at the purchase price paid by the importer to the middleman. Union Way says it should have been valued at the price paid by the middleman to the producer. #17-079. Filed April 14.
Pirelli Tyre Co., Ltd., challenging Commerce's final determination in the antidumping duty investigation on truck and bus tires from China. #17-080. Filed April 14.
New Fire Co., Ltd., challenging Commerce's final determination in the antidumping duty investigation on amorphous silica fabric from China. #17-081. Filed April 15.
Jiangsu Jiuding New Material Co., Ltd., challenging Commerce's final determination in the antidumping duty investigation on amorphous silica fabric from China. #17-082. Filed April 15.
Ever Union Int'l, Inc., challenging CBP's appraisal of its imported footwear. CBP valued the footwear at the purchase price paid by the importer to the middleman. Ever Union says it should have been valued at the price paid by the middleman to the producer. #17-083. Filed April 15.
