Eminess Technologies, on the classification of parts of machines used solely for the manufacture of semiconductors. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 3921.13.5000 (4.2%). Eminess Technologies says it should have instead been classified under subheading 8486.90.0000 (free). #17-072. Filed April 8.
