ZTE USA, challenging CBP's exclusion of its imported smart phones. ZTE says the smart phones are admissible. #17-053. Filed March 28.

Hyundai Heavy Industries, challenging the final results of Commerce's antidumping duty administrative review on large power transformers from China covering entries in 2014 and 2015. #17-054. Filed March 29.

Hanover Insurance Company, challenging CBP's liquidation of wire hangers imported by Gosource USA. Hanover says the entries were posted in bulletins as liquidated three or more years after the deemed liquidation date, which is not a reasonable period of time after liquidation. #17-055. Filed March 31.

Thuan An Production Trading and Service Co., Ltd., challenging the final results of Commerce's antidumping duty administrative review on frozen fish fillets from Vietnam covering entries in 2014 and 2015. #17-056. Filed March 31.

Simpson Strong-Tie, challenging a Commerce scope ruling that found its zinc and nylon masonry anchors are covered by antidumping duties on steel nails from China (see 1703280025). #17-057. Filed March 31.

MerchSource, on the classification of a tablet computer holder. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 4202.92.9026 (17.6%). MerchSource says it should have instead been classified under subheading 6307.90.9889 (7%). #17-058. Filed March 31.
