Heze Huayi Chemical Co., Ltd., and Juancheng Kangtai Chemical Co., Ltd., challenging the final results of the Commerce Department's antidumping duty administrative review on chlorinated isocyanurates from China covering entries in 2014-15. #17-032. Filed Feb. 15.

Chemtall Incorporated, on the classification of carboxyamid-function compounds and amide-function compounds of carbonic acid. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 2924.19.8000 (6.5%). Chemtall says it should have instead been classified under subheading 2924.19.1110 or 2924.19.1150 (both 3.7%). #17-033. Filed Feb. 17.

Hyundai Steel Company, appealing a CIT decision issued in December that sustained a redetermination of the final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on corrosion-resistant carbon steel flat products from South Korea covering entries in 2007-08. #17-1628. Opened Feb. 14.
