The following appeals of Court of International Trade decisions were filed at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit during the week of Jan. 16-22:

Boomerang Tube, TMK IPSCO Tubulars, V&M Star, Wheatland Tube Company and United States Steel Corporation, appealing a Nov. 23 CIT decision that found oil country tubular goods manufactured in Indonesia using Chinese green tubes as an input are not subject to antidumping duties on oil country tubular goods from China, reversing a Commerce Department scope ruling. #17-1492, -1495.
