Hartford Fire Insurance, challenging CBP claims on bonds covering entries of garlic. Hartford says the claims should be canceled because CBP didn't timely respond to Hartford's Freedom of Information Act requests and the bonds had errors. #16-00248. Filed Nov. 21.

FlexHead Industries, on the classification of flexible connector assemblies. CBP classified the merchandise under subheadings 8307.10.3000 (3.8%) and 8424.90.9080 (free). FlexHead says it should have instead been classified only under subheading 8424.90.9080 (free). #16-00249. Filed Nov. 21.

Taraca Pacific, on the classification of "Triply" plywood with a face of Bintangor. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 4412.31.4060 (8%). Taraca says it should have instead been classified under subheading 4412.32.0560 (free). #16-00250. Filed Nov. 21.

Harmoni International, seeking release of entries of peeled garlic. The entries were deemed excluded by CBP under a forced labor withhold release order (WRO), but Harmoni says it submitted documentation proving the goods weren't produced by the company covered by the WRO. #16-00251. Filed Nov. 22.

S.C. Johnson & Son, on the classification of plastic food storage bags. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 3923.21.0030 (3%). S.C. Johnson says it should have instead been classified under subheading 3924.90.5650 and enter duty free under the Generalized System of Preferences. #16-00252. Filed Nov. 23.

Aisin Holdings of America, on the classification of power back door actuator assemblies. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 8501.31.4000 (4%). Aisin says it should have instead been classified under subheading 8431.39.0080 (free). #16-00253. Filed Nov. 23.
