Star Ace Asia Ltd., challenging CBP's valuation of its imported apparel. CBP valued the merchandise based on the post-importation selling price in the U.S. Star Ace says it should have been valued at the price paid or payable when sold for importation in the U.S. #15-00242. Filed Nov. 4.
