Markle Foundation CEO Zoë Baird and Mozilla Foundation Executive Chairwoman Mitchell Baker co-chair the NTIA board. The meeting, which will be webcast, will have two sessions, from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. EDT and 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. EDT.
