Judge Vince Chhabria rebuked the CPUC last week for violating the temporary ban on disclosing the data, which includes information about phone and broadband deployment that AT&T, Comcast, CTIA, Verizon and other industry plaintiffs say is confidential (see 1608050015). CPUC retrieved the contested data Monday from Lee Selwyn, president of Economics and Technology Inc., it said in a status report (in Pacer) filed Monday.
