AMS Seeks Comments on Upcoming Grade Standards for Catfish
The Agricultural Marketing Service is seeking input from industry as it develops voluntary grade standards for catfish, it said (here). Comments on how the agency should proceed with the new voluntary fee-based grading program, which was required by the 2014 Farm Bill, are due Sept. 12.
