As a result of the ITC's sunset review determination, the Commerce Department will revoke the AD duty order effective for entries on or after the date five years after the continuation of the AD duty orders, i.e., around June 17, 2015. AD duty orders on stainless steel wire rod from Japan, South Korea and Taiwan will remain in place.
