Do-Gree Fashions USA is challenging CBP's denial of first sale treatment on a shipment of wearing apparel. CBP appraised the merchandise at the price paid to Do-Gree USA by its U.S. customers (see 1604180022). Do-Gree says the merchandise at the price paid by Do-Gree USA to its Canadian affiliate, Do-Gree Canada, or at the deductive value of the imported merchandise. #16-00117. Filed July 8.

Gang Yan Diamond Products, Inc. and Beijing Gang Yan Diamond Products Company are challenging the Commerce Department's final results of the antidumping administrative review on diamond sawblades from China covering entries in 2013 and 2014. #16-00118. Filed July 8.

The following appeal of Court of International Trade decisions was filed at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit during the week of July 4-10:

Beijing Gang Yan Diamond Products and the Diamond Sawblades Manufacturer Coalition are appealing a recent CIT decision sustaining a redetermination of the 2011-12 antidumping duty administrative review on diamond sawblades from China. #16-2313, -2314. Filed July 8.
