CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 0409.00.0056 (General rate of duty (1.9 cents/kg); Anti-dumping duty (A-570-863-000) rate of 2.63 cents/kg). L&N says it should have instead been classified under subheading 0409.00.0056 (General rate of duty (1.9 cents/kg)). #16-00108. Filed June 13.
