Express says it should have instead been classified under subheading 6114.20.00 (10.8%) or 6114.30 (28.2%). #16-00097. Filed June 8.

Park Street Imports on the classification of liqueur and cordials. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 2208.90.7200 (13.50/PFG), Parks says it should have instead been classified under subheading 2208.90.7200 (Free (in bond)). #16-00104. Filed June 9.

Mast Industries on the classification of shelf-bras. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 6109.10.00 (16.5%), 6109.90.10 (32%), 6110.20.20 (16.5%) or 6110.30.30 (32%).
