Ampac Holdings on the classification of paper shopping bags with twisted paper handles. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 4202.92.3031 (17.6%). Ampac says it should have instead been classified under subheading 4819.40.0040 (free). #16-00094. Filed May 31.

Bennett & Co. on the classification of shelf-bras. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 6109.10.00 (16.5%), 6109.90.10 (32%), 6110.20.20 (16.5%) or 6110.30.30 (32%). Express says it should have instead been classified under subheading 6114.20.00 (10.8%) or heading 6114.30 (28.2%). #16-00095. Filed June 2.

Les Planchers Mercier on CBP's assessment of antidumping duties on its entries of multilayered wood flooring. CBP liquidated the entries at an AD rate of 58.64% when the merchandise should have been liquidated at the cash deposit rate in effect at time of entry. #16-00096. Filed June 3.

The following appeals of Court of International Trade decisions were filed at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit during the week of May 30 - June 5:

Bien Dong Seafood, Vinh Quang Fisheries, QVD Food and the Vietnam Association of Seafood Exporters and Producers appealing a March 30 CIT decision sustaining the final results of an antidumping duty administrative review on frozen fish fillets from Vietnam. 16-2155, 16-2188. Filed May 31.

Home Products International appealing an April 7 CIT decision upholding a redetermination of the final results of an antidumping duty administrative review on floor-standing metal-top ironing tables and certain parts thereof from China. #16-2172. Filed June 2.
