DSM Nutritional Products on the classification of stabilized vitamin B derivative. CBP classified the merchandise under subheadings 3824.90.28 (6.5%) or 3824.90.92 (5%). DSM says it should have instead been classified under subheading 2936.23.00 (free). #16-00078. Filed May 3.

Xuzhou Xugong Tyres Co., Ltd., Armour Rubber Co. Ltd., and Xuzhou Hanbang Tyre Co., Ltd. challenging the final results of the 2013-14 antidumping duty administrative review on new pneumatic off-the-road tires from China. #16-00079. Filed May 5.

G.G. Marck on the classification of ceramic mugs and cups. CBP classified the merchandise under subheadings 6912.00.44 (10%) or 6912.00.48 (9.8%). G.G. Marck says it should have instead been classified under subheading 6912.00.39 (4.5%). #16-00080. Filed May 6.
