PCSP also seeks to extend its mid-term and final construction deadlines to 2020 and 2022, the bureau said. “By this Public Notice, we seek comment on the PCSP Construction Extension and Waiver Request, particularly with respect to any potential adverse impact on other operations within the 902-928 MHz band and in adjacent bands,” the bureau said.
