The U.S. government seeking $2,249,196.04 in unpaid duties and fees and a penalty for negligence in the amount of $4,498,392.08 from Tricots Liesse 1983 for claiming NAFTA eligibility for entries of fabric when the entries were not NAFTA-eligible. The fabric was imported from Canada, but the yarn was produced in third countries. #16-00066. Filed April 25.

Stacey Chavez on the NAFTA eligibility of entries of sweet corn under HTS subheading 0709.99.45. CBP assessed a 21.3% duty. Chavez said it should have entered duty free. #16-00067, -00068. Filed April 25.

Lockhart Textiles, Inc. on the classification of ladies' 100% polyester knitted pants made from metallized yarns. CBP classified the merchandise under subheadings 6104.63.20 (28.2%). Lockhart says it should have instead been classified under subheading 6104.69.80 (5.6%). #16-00069. Filed April 26.

American Furniture Manufacturers Committee for Legal Trade and Vaughan-Bassett Furniture Company challenging the final results of the 2014 antidumping duty administrative review on wooden bedroom furniture from China. #16-00070. Filed April 26.
