Altice didn't comment Thursday. Cablevision said earlier this year that it still expects the deal to close in Q2 (see 1602250011) and the New York Public Service Commission is finishing a review, with a May 20 deadline (see 1604050059). The FCC's unofficial 180-day shot clock for review of the deal was at Day 168 Thursday.
