The Mondiv division of Lassonde Specialties on the classification of sauces known as "Green Olive Tapenade" and "Artichoke Antipasto." CBP classified the merchandise under subheadings 2005.99.9700 (11.2%) and 2005.99.8000 (14.9%), respectively. Modiv says it should have instead been classified under subheading 2103.90.9091, originating in Canada and duty free under NAFTA. #16-00038. Filed March 1.

Taraca Pacific on the classification of "Triply" plywood underlayment. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 4412.31.4060 (8%), contending the face ply is bingator. Taraca Pacific says it should have instead been classified under subheading 4412.32.0560 (free), claiming the face ply is birch. #16-00039. Filed March 4.
