Magid Glove & Safety Manufacturing on the classification of knit fabric gloves covered in polyurethane. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 6116.10.5520 (13.2%). Magid says it should have instead been classified under subheading 3926.20.1050 (free). #16-00036. Filed Feb. 23.

Aero Rubber Company on the classification of printed silicone bands. CBP classified the merchandise under heading 3926 (5.3%). Aero Rubber says it should have instead been classified under heading 4911 (free). #16-00037. Filed Feb. 24.
