agreement, which will be submitted to the union's membership for a ratification vote this week, was reached prior to expiration of the extended contract Sunday, AT&T said. It covers more than 9,400 Mobility employees in Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma and Texas, it said.
