Amcor Flexibles Kreuzlingen AG on the classification of aluminum foil packaging material. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 3921.90.4090 (4.2%). Amcor says it should have instead been classified under subheading 7607.20.5000 (free). #16-00030. Filed Feb. 17.

Amcor Flexibles Singen GmbH on the classification of aluminum foil. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 3921.90.4090 (4.2%). Amcor says it should have instead been classified under subheading 7607.19.6000 (3%) or 7607.20.5000 (free). #16-00031. Filed Feb. 17.

The Impex Group challenging CBP's assessment of antidumping duties on entries of honey allegedly from China. Impex claims the honey actually came from Thailand. #16-00032. Filed Feb. 17.

Extreme Linen on the classification of a bedding assortment in a PVC storage bag. CBP classified the merchandise under HTS subheading 9404.90.85, dutiable at 12.8%. Extreme Linen says it should have been classified under subheadings 9404.90.85 (12.8%), 6303.92.20 (11.3%), 6304.93.00 (9.3%), 9404.90.20 (6%), and 3924.90.56 (3.4%). #16-00033. Filed Feb. 18.

Hartford Fire Insurance challenging CBP claims on bonds covering entries of honey. Hartford says the bonds should be mitigated or canceled because they contained errors, CBP did not collect cash deposits, and the claims came too late. #16-00034. Filed Feb. 19.

Home Depot on the classification of lighting fixtures. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 9405.10.6010 (7.6%). Home Depot says it should have instead been classified under subheading 9405.10.8010 (3.9%). #16-00035. Filed Feb. 19.
