Archer Daniels Midland Company, Cargill, Incorporated, and Tate & Lyle Ingredients Americas LLC challenging the final results of an antidumping duty administrative review on citric acid from China covering entries in 2013 and 2014. #16-00014. Filed Jan. 13.
