BIS Seeks Extension for Submittal of Export Info to OMB

BIS is requesting an emergency extension to submit the following information to the Office of Management and Budget: Facts pertaining to offsets in military exports, license exemptions and exclusions, and the “Simple Network Application Process and Multi-Purpose Application Form,” the agency said Jan. 14 in a pre-published notice on Federal Register (here). The notice does not state the proposed extension’s timeframe. As it stands, the information is due to OMB by Jan. 31.
