The bureau also granted transfers of control of Ayrshire Farmers Mutual Telephone to Northwest Communications in docket 15-281, of International Telecom to SwiftReach Networks in docket 15-297 and of Equivoice from Marcus McEwen to MNJ Technology Services in docket 15-277.
