State Makes Change to Effective Date on Recent Procurement Ban
The State Department made a technical correction to a Sept. 3 Federal Register notice that laid out nearly two dozen entities barred from U.S. government procurement and goods sales in accordance with the Iran, North Korea and Syria Nonproliferation Act. The original notice said the bans took effect immediately (see 1509010051), but the latest notice changed that effective date to Aug. 28 (here).
