Dec. 11 complaint by Chelmowski, which the bureau said followed three informal complaints about the same incident. The order said the bureau is denying the motion for reconsideration “because the motion does not identify any material error, omission, or reason warranting reconsideration, and merely repeats arguments that were fully considered and rejected in the dismissal order.”
