Arbed Americas challenging the assessment of antidumping duties on its entries of stainless steel plate in coils. CBP assessed AD duties at 24.43%. Arbed says they should have been assessed "as entered" at 9.86%. #15-00265. Filed Oct. 2.

Gordon Companies on the classification of LED lights. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 9405.30.0010 (8%) and 9405.40.8000 (3.9%). Gordon says it should have instead been classified under subheading 8543.70.7000 (2%) or 9505.10.2500 (free). #15-00270. Filed Sept. 28.

Art LLC challenging CBP's exclusion of an entry of ink cartridges. After the merchandise was deemed excluded, Art LLC protested and requested accelerated disposition. The protest was deemed denied, and Art LLC says CBP has not provided a valid justification for the exclusion. #15-00271. Filed Sept. 29.

Hartford Fire Insurance challenging CBP claims on bonds covering entries of honey. Hartford says the bonds should be canceled because they contained errors. #15-00272-73. Filed Sept. 30 and Oct. 1.
