State Names Islamic State Branch a Foreign Terrorist Organization, Designates Other Terrorists

The State Department determined the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant – Caucasus Province to be a Foreign Terrorist Organization (here). State also designated the following entity and individuals as Specially Designated Global Terrorists:
