Russia Carbon Steel Plate: Commerce Considers Ending Suspension Agreement, Reinstating AD Duties

The Commerce Department is considering termination of an agreement suspending antidumping duties on cut-to-length carbon steel plate from Russia (A-821-808), it said in a notice (here). Domestic industry requested an end to the agreement and the resumption of suspension of liquidation in May. The agency will consider comments received by Oct. 26 on whether the suspension agreement still serves the public interest.
