- Effective immediately, the Australian company NewSat Limited will change its name to SpeedCast Australia Pty Ltd.
- Effective immediately, the companies AgustaWestland, Alenia Aermacchi, Selex ES, OTO Melara and Whitehead Sistemi Subacquei will merge into their parent Italian company, Finmeccanica, and take on that name for State documents.
