BIS Adds Electronic Exporter to Denied Persons List

The Commerce Department's Bureau of Industry and Security added the following company and individuals to the Denied Persons List, BIS said in an emailed Sept. 14 statement:

Commerce temporarily barred Flider Electronics from export activities in March, and that 180-day ban elapses on Sept. 22 (see 1503250007). Flider, a San Francisco-based company, illegally shipped electronics products without the required licenses, said Commerce.
